Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 27, 2026
This policy explains what we collect on our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Customer data inside the Tactis product is handled separately, as the note below explains.
Tactis is a product of Lobi Software Studio, LLC (“Tactis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website at tactis.ai and our sales and support interactions (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
A note on customer data and PHI
This policy covers our website and business contacts, not the data your organization puts into the Tactis product. Information that a customer submits to the Tactis service, including any protected health information (PHI), is processed on the customer’s behalf and is governed by that customer’s services agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), not by this Privacy Policy. See our HIPAA & BAA page for more.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a walkthrough, apply to the Founding Partner program, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, organization, email address, role, and anything you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard log and device data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the walkthroughs or information you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To communicate with you about Tactis, including early-access updates and, where you have opted in or where permitted by law, occasional informational messages. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and to understand how it’s used. In particular, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, which uses cookies to help us measure traffic and usage trends. Google Analytics may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. To learn how Google handles data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery, under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tactis, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete information you’ve provided (see “Your choices” below).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. The Tactis product itself is built around modern security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, access controls, and multi-factor authentication. You can read more on our Trust & security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve provided through the Site, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing contact@lobisoftware.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA); we honor those rights as required and you can exercise them using the same contact.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be made prominent on this page.
